Product Overview
Ultrabond ECO 977 is a fast-setting, 100%-solids, one-component, moisture-cured urethane adhesive specifically formulated for the installation of solid and engineered wood flooring. It is suitable for elevated subfloor moisture conditions of up to 12 lbs. (5.44 kg) MVER and 95% relative humidity when used with the appropriate installation methods.

Applications:
- Suitable for:
- Domestic solid and engineered wood flooring of any width and length.
- Finger block parquet and acrylic impregnated wood.
- Interior residential and commercial installations, including heavy commercial and institutional environments.
Limitations:
- Not for use over asbestos-containing substrates or in areas with hydrostatic moisture problems.
- Not recommended for bamboo, exotic hardwoods, or prefinished cork flooring.
- Installation conditions must meet specified moisture and temperature requirements.
Suitable Substrates:
- Concrete (at least 28 days old), cement terrazzo, exterior-grade plywood, existing ceramic tile, and more.
Surface Preparation:
- Ensure substrates are dry, clean, and structurally sound.
- Must be flat within 3/16" in a 10-ft. span and free from any contaminants that could affect adhesion.
Product Application:
- Direct Bonding Method: Use appropriately notched trowels and follow specific application steps for best results.
- Moisture-Control Method: For high-moisture conditions, ensure full coverage and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Cleanup:
- Clean any wet adhesive smudges immediately with Ultrabond Urethane Cleaner, as cured adhesive is difficult to remove.

- Density: 10.5 lbs. per U.S. gal.
- Shelf Life: 1 year when stored properly.
Packaging:
