Product Overview
Ultrabond ECO 360 is a high-performance, wet-lay and pressure-sensitive adhesive designed for the installation of homogeneous and heterogeneous solid vinyl flooring. Its durable, moisture-resistant bond makes it ideal for commercial and institutional applications, including hospitals and medical centers.

Applications:
- Suitable for:
- Sheet vinyl, luxury vinyl tile, and vinyl plank installations.
Limitations:
- Not for use over asbestos-containing substrates or for nonporous floor coverings over nonporous surfaces.
- Requires specific moisture and temperature conditions for installation.
Suitable Substrates:
- Exterior-grade plywood, concrete, cement terrazzo, and properly primed gypsum underlayments.
Surface Preparation:
- Ensure all substrates are clean, structurally sound, and free of contaminants. Surfaces must be level and smooth.
Product Application:
- Use an appropriately notched trowel to spread the adhesive evenly.
- Refer to working time and flash time for optimal installation timing.
- Roll the flooring with a recommended-weight roller after installation.
Cleanup:
- Clean any fresh adhesive smudges with water; once dried, use mineral spirits with caution.
Performance Properties:
- Solids Content: 55% to 65%
- VOC Content: Less than 34 g per L
- Flash Point: > 212°F (100°C)
