Do I need to seal this tile?
According to the TTMAC maintenance guide, most porcelain and ceramic tile is virtually impervious and does not need to be sealed, though some polished porcelain does due to open pores. If you're unsure, sprinkle water on the tile surface—if it beads and does not get absorbed, the tile does not need sealing.
