Installing a Vinyl SPC stair nose involves precise fitting and secure adhesion to ensure a safe and seamless finish. Start by measuring the width of the stair and cutting the stair nose to size using a fine-tooth saw. Dry-fit the piece to check for accuracy and alignment. Clean the stair surface thoroughly, removing any dust or debris. Apply a strong, vinyl-compatible adhesive to the back of the stair nose and the stair edge where it will sit flush. Press the stair nose firmly into place, ensuring it aligns evenly with the flooring surface. Allow the adhesive to cure fully before using the stairs to ensure a secure, long-lasting installation.
