ROBERTS® 1406 Tongue & Groove Flooring Adhesive
Overview
The ROBERTS® 1406 Tongue & Groove Flooring Adhesive is a high-strength PVA formula engineered for the installation of laminate and wood flooring that requires a precise tongue and groove adhesive. This fast-drying adhesive is designed for floating applications, ensuring a robust bond and exceptional moisture resistance.

Installation Instructions
- Preparation: Ensure tongue and groove are clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Boards should be flat and compliant with manufacturer’s tolerances.
- Application: Apply a bead of adhesive along the tongue or groove, insert the tongue into the groove, and tap as needed for full contact. Remove excess glue immediately.
- Curing: Restrict foot traffic and heavy objects for 24-48 hours to allow the adhesive to cure properly.
Clean-Up
- Fresh adhesive can be easily removed with a water-dampened cloth. Dried adhesive may be difficult to remove.
Warranty
The ROBERTS® 1406 comes with a limited-product warranty when installed according to the specifications, providing assurance for your flooring projects.
