We just installed this flooring on the ground floor of our house. Greatly disappointed in the fact that it’s noisy when we walk on it. We spent time making sure the floor was smooth and level before installation. Even so, now when we walk down there all you can hear is the clicking and cracking noise of the floors. I have searched this problem and found that others have had similar issues with vinyl flooring. We thought we were doing the right thing by installing vinyl on a ground level floor and now I just regret the whole thing.

We, unfortunately, could not find your email or name in our system, so please call us that we can help you with the installation or return the default floorings. However, as per your statement, you might answer the below questions to find the issue: 1) What is the subflooring? (There are many cases suffer from bad subflooring which we will rectify the issue before the installation) 2) What is your underlayment? (We advise to get a high-quality underlayment for sound resistance and better settlement) 3) Did you consider a little space to the sidewall for expansion and shrinkage? (There are few cases in which customers did not keep any gaps for expansion to avoid baseboard installation but they ended up with reinstalling the floors because of cracks and noise sound in the different temperature) (There is a high chance of this case for you). As far as we are concerned Vinyl Flooring is so trendy and popular nowadays and Aquafix also is one of the number one brands in the flooring market.
Please do not hesitate to come to our showroom or call us back so we can help you with the above issues.
Thanks for your comments and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
